Well………….not exactly.
I’ve been seeing this Shifu (Master) for a few months now, and each time i will end up with bruises like this. Some even worse. So why do i want to torture myself like this? Believe me, it aint because i just needed to be spank once in a while.
When we have pain, especially those that involved our nerves…eventhough we, or @ least I know that by going to the doctors, all they could do is probably injections? or some pain killers? Worst case they will book you for an operation. So is going for operation our only solution? How does it feel to have your body open up ?
Before i started to freak out, someone gave me a second opinion. Yes, get yourself wacked.
So, Is it good? Well….should i say it’s better than taking pain killers? Way better? Basially what it does is, it helps to surface all the underlying toxic that’s building up inside us, which causes all the pain especially on areas like our knees, lower back, stiff shoulders…etc. So once the toxic is being wacked out, it will look exactly like what you saw in the picture above. The process is however “not very nice”. If you know how a rattan feels when it lands on your skin with a certain amount of force, then this treatment is maybe 5 times the pain. Yeah…it’s a lot to take. But if it cures your problem without the hassle of going to the doctors, i mean why not give it a try?? And while wacking, you could actually say to yourself…. ” Yes, i’ve been naughty and i’m repenting now.”
I was thrilled when one of my supplier gave me a copy of the book– ” Regional Interior Designer’s Showcase”, published by their company somewhere around end of 2008. Thrilled to see some of the projects that i’ve been working on appears in the book!
I flipped through the book with much anticipation…finally i saw my projects!! And the photos actually looked far better than what i’ve given them!
With this, i feel my path down the professional line has been getting a little lighter, a little more firm and that makes life a lot more easier.
Below are the projects that were being published on the book! Feel free to give me your comments!

So i haven’t got anything painted on my nails for about 2 weeks now. It has been advised that it would be best if one could wash away their nail polish and leave your nails clear from anything for @ least 1 week, so that your nails won’t turn yellowish after a certain period of time. So, i guess i’ve done enough justice to my nail by leaving it naked and unattended for 2 weeks. Here’s what i did to my nails today!

What do you guys think?? Liked it? love it??
I simply adores it!!
And as for my toes…..

Nice??
So for all Kuchingnite,
please feel free to write in and
ask me where i did my nails!!!
hohoho……
On a Saturday, February 14th 2009, my friend and i decided to have a weekend getaway to Damai Puri Kuching.
Damai Puri used to be called Damai Lagoon, and it wasn’t as lavished as what it is now. And i’m pretty happy with the overall layout of the space, the restaurant & the pub. There’s one pub/cafe that really caught my attention when i was strolling around. I’ve been longing to see a pub/cafe like this in Kuching ….and finally, some genius made my dream came true!
This is the cafe/pub that i was talking about!! Can you see how the designer is trying to utilised the beautiful tree trunks and work the design around it? Genius!
Yohoo…..that’s me enjoying nature’s gift.
