What am i referring to ?

Besides diamond, i guess nobody will second to me saying, shopping is not a girl’s best friend. Aye ?

Well, it’s now Sunday night, and for this weekend, i didn’t do anything fantastic that is close to having me blog about. Having said that, i was kinda intrigued by a little kid. And he sort of brightens up my weekend.

Going back to shopping is a girl’s 2nd best friend. Went to an old friend’s shop to check on some new stuffs, like clothes, handbags and shoes. And this time, i got something extra…..i was really entertained by his youngest son, who is turning 5 in a month’s time.

So what’s so special about this kid ?? Even @ a young age, he is already acting very cool to me.

Like how ?

This afternoon, i went back to my friend’s shop to check out something “again” …….and bought 2 fashion watches from him. Because the watches needs to be altered, i had to bring it to another watch shop ( which is just a few shops away from my friend’s shop). My friend were telling me the guy who does the watch is in “extreme” bad mood these few days. Warned me not to go to the shop just yet….but because i always go the watch shop either to repair my watch or to get new watches from him, i thought it should be alright.

So i took the watches and headed to his shop. Upon arriving, i greeted him nicely and handed him the watch asking him to help me alter. Who knew, the moment i handed him the watches, the 1st thing he asked me was; ” You got these watches from the shop behind? How much are they selling for these watches?”  I told him the amount, and he suddenly turned into a demon! Wohoo…you just have to keep reading on.

He then continue with a sarcastic tone in his voice ; ” oh! you willing to spend that kinda money on these watches ah? i think they sell one earn one ah! “  And i was thinking to myself — Even so, that’s really non of your fucking business right? Well, i won’t blame him for that matter. Because he himself is selling watches, and seeing you buying watches from other people, i mean not everybody can be generous on that. Right ? Not only that, he kept me waiting for so long, as he wanted to serve people who bought watches from his shop FIRST. I mean it’s fair enough, since he didn’t charge me for the altering in the end so…..

I then bring the watch back to my friend’s shop wanted to show him what that grumpy guy has done to my watch. The moment i took the watch out, it fell apart !! Can you imagine?? So there’s nothing i can do but to bring it back to his shop again. This time……i brought a small army with me. hehehe…..Yeap, he was my friend’s son. Only 5 and he wanted to protect me already!!! If this is not cute enough, tell me what it is.

I told him : ” Jie Jie = Big sis, got bullied by a grumpy old uncle, the uncle is very bad. ” And he say to me ; ” Tell me which uncle is it! I want to hit him!  ( Showing his fist..hahahaa) And so he followed me to the shop….when i was about to arrive @ the shop, he started to slow down….hahaha….i thk he is even more worried than i am. And he entered the shop with me, sat down together with me, and he straight away told me : ” That uncle where got scary? Not scary one lah….i’m not scare…..so you don’t be scare too ok ?? “  Hahahaha….i was laughing so badly till i think i got tears in my eyes.

I wanted to take a picture of  this cute little guy….well perhaps after i get permission from this parents 1st. Well, you gotta see him to believe what a cute little guy he is!!!!

Alright, so the weekend is almost over…………i guess i just need to calm myself down in order not to be too upset or pissed with the fact that it’s Monday tomorrow. And i have like a whole mountain of works to accomplish. I hope a photo like the following will @ least help me calm down for a minute.

My house had a black out yesterday. Even-though it was just a mere 45minutes….but to me..it seems longer than years.

Why?

Because without electricity, there’s really nothing i can do.

When the electricity went down, i think to myself…. ” Since i can’t go online, then i’ll watch the Tv instead. Tv ?? Wait…no electricity…meaning no Tv as well. Mmmmpphh….what about playing games on my PS3? Ahhh….again….no electricity…Oh! Go online with my laptop! There’s still battery !! Ahhh….my modem needs electricity……” See where i’m getting  ?? Basically, if we don’t have electricity, there’s really nothing we can do or achieved? Tell me if i’m wrong.

Electricity doesn’t come naturally, we need water to generate them. Yes ? So, with the global warming and stuff, we just cannot predict how the weather is going to be in the near future. Imagine one day, electricity is no longer available…what will you do by then ??

Do we go back to the old days? where we use candles as light bulbs?

There’s one issue i have with the candles….the candle light just keeps flickering!! And that makes me wonder….how people in the old days read or write @ night without ending up wearing glasses ?? And it seems like most of them have perfect eyesight!!! That just doesn’t make sense right ??

Since there’s no electricity, do we go back to the days where the rooms are surrounded with op-enable window panels? And let the air flow through the house ? Without FAN or A/con ??

No Tv, so does that mean we have to perform among our neighborhood for some entertainments ??

No more comparing as to which cinema has got a bigger screen or a better chair….

Let alone computer games or tv games of any sort …..

And when you need to make a call using your mobile phone??? Ah….there won’t be any more mobile phones…..use the public phone instead. Remember the putting in coins type ?

hehehehe……

Oh well…..that’s just me rambling about the  ” WHAT IF” sssss……….I’m pretty sure the world these days is just too advance for things like this to happen. If we really ran out of electricity one day…..i’m sure there still will be something call the ” Solar System” . I guess you won’t run out of Sunlight?

Yadda yadda…~~~

Anyway, so yeah for some recent updates…….basically there’s non…because i’m still pretty much tied up with work. It’s all about work work work these days.

and i just hate the word  —  W.O.R.K

As much as i would like to sit down and chill on what topic i should write for my blog…..i’m just too tied up with work currently. Got 3 projects on hand right now which has a deadline that comes neck-in-neck, i just don’t have that extra room to brainstorm some creative and interesting topics for my blog @ the moment.

 But having said that, please wait patiently for some 3D renderings for my new projects!! Wohoo!! I promise it’s gonna be something worth viewing…..hahahaa……

Oh and Happy Tuesday the 13th guys!!!

Oh my gosh!! I’m actually in the mood to write today!!Ok! So what should we talk about ??

While scrolling through my phone, i saw a couple of photos which i took just 2 days ago, after we  got off work. I was amazed by what a strong wind can do to our environment .

I live in a tropical country. And because of that, we don’t get the four seasons like some other lucky countries do. All we’ve got is the Sun and the rain. Since it’s almost the end of the year, predictably we will be getting more and more rain for the upcoming months. How do we know ?? Let’s say if we are getting a lot of sunlight throughout the day, and the humidity that comes with it is above what we would normally be experiencing, then we will predict “heavy rains” in the evening.

So, just like any other day, last Friday, ( which was 2 days ago) we started to get rain @ about 3pm local time. But then, the rain got so heavy that the wind accompanying it actually started to roar !!! How many of you here have actually heard a wind roar?? The sound is horrid! If there’s any other closer words to describe. Me and my colleagues were all standing in front of our huge glass window and watched the pouring in awe.  It was indeed a crazy rain.

As we got off work, i thought….”hey, it was just a heavy downpour, no big deal.” Then i saw trees were falling down, branches were everywhere on the road!!!And when i drove out to the main road, this is what is saw,

Some of the trees i thought were quiet strong, actually couldn’t withstand the crazy strong wind too!! And for some reasons i hate seeing trees being chopped off.

Oh well, i know comparing to other countries which are suffering from the devastating nature’s disaster…this might seem a little amateurish, but on the other hand, i don’t think things like this should be just seen as a “aftermath of a strong wind”. The strong wind seemed to be telling us, the nature is pretty angry @ the moment.

So, do your part in protecting our mother earth, i think @ this point of time, it’s fairly important.

Since i got nothing better to write @ this moment, i thought i might just stuffed you guys with more pictures from my trip to Japan 2 years ago!!

I couldn’t remembered what day it was that we went to visit the ASAHI beer factory, but i guess i must be too excited that i didn’t actually take a lot of pictures while visiting the all so luxurious beer factory!!

Well, @ least got a photo of me infront of the signage lah….hehe

and the photo of the ingredients that are needed to brew the beer!!!

WHEAT!! mmmm…..so isn’t beer suppose to be healthy?? I mean it’s made out of wheat right? hehehe

Well, besides having to have a glimpse of the brewing machine….( i couldn’t remember how it looks like, it must be so normal that it didn’t trigger me to wanna take a photo of it.)

Anyway, after having to drink a glass or 2 of Asahi beer early in the morning, luckily i wasn’t so drunk…and we gotta rest for a while on the tour bus so…..next stop…we are here @ the Shrine!!! Can’t remember the name though….hehe

Saw some of the cutest kodomo here !! Kodomo = Kids, did you see them in their tiny size Kimono ?? It’s so cute can?

I didn’t really go into the Temple, cos of my religious believes?? So i went walking around the area….they really do have a very serene environment for the temple. It’s so quiet, and it’s almost like if you walk for like a few rounds more you will be able to find peace and happiness and then become a saint that kinda feeling…..

And then before heading back to join the group, me and my sis came across this wishing well, or whatever you call it….and then for some reason…me and sis were really tempted to make our own wish too !!!

So this is what we did……we went to buy a blank piece of wood plank….wrote our wishes on it….like this,

Hehehe….so what did i write ??? Can you read?? Maybe you need to shove a magnifying glass infront of your pc screen…hehehe

But i can tell ya, non of the wishes came true so……

Next stop, we went to the SKI JUMP STADIUM!!

Anyone here reading my blog knows how to do a ski jump?? Well, before you know it….i already got the champion…

Hehehehe……i know it’ s a damn lame joke…..

Then after being the champion, we were to walk around the stadium….and they do have some good views of the whole city!!!

So i also have to take a picture with the clear blue sky !!!!

And then….it’s soon LUNCH TIME!!!! Oh Yum~~~ I mean having to be in Japan like a week or so, i felt that their food makes me feel as if my colon has been cleansed….meaning their food is fresh, less oil and it’s mostly boiled food. Which is almost like my diet currently.

Even the path to the restaurant feels heavenly to me!! The colours of the trees and plants are just so pretty!!

I can still feel the taste like right now!!!

So where to after we have our stomach filled ??

The FAMOUS 白色恋人 choco factory!!! Can’t remember the english name for it. But for direct translation? it will be “Snow lover” , whatever that may mean. In Japanese? ~Akai koibito~

Can you tell by this building it’s actually a biscuit cum choco factory ??? It almost looked like a fairy tale castle to me!!! How creative!!!

And this model is made out of BISCUITS!!! AMAZING??? I love the pink on the building!!! hehehe

And this is where they make the famous Akai Koibito biscuits!!

Have you ever seen such a clean factory before ???

Oh btw, while walking across the bridge for the viewing of the factory underneath us, you will pass by something like this,

Just incase you got too bored….you can try posing infront of this HUGE camera screen!!! Interesting?? Creative enough??

And then we move on to the cakes section!!

Beautiful bridal cake!! Eventhough i find it a bit too old-fashioned for my taste….hehehe

Wow! How many tiers are there exactly ??? i fear for the bride and groom standing on top of the cake!!! I hope they don’t have phobia for heights or something.

And then where is this area??? Snow man!!! Meaning ??

Ai-Su-kurimu factory!!!! The Ice Cream factory!!! hahaha….isn’t it cute ?

And you will be surprised that they even have a toy collection room in the gigantic factory!!!

But the one who welcome us @ the toy room, doesn’t seem so friendly…

hehehe…i thk kids would cry if they were to encounter something like this……..

But then after you’ve by-pass that scary fella, all you see are these cute little fellas !!

And this cute milk girl !!!

After having to see what they have to offer us on the inside, we then moved outside to the exterior of the building!!!

It’s very Alice in the Wonderland!!!

I was so excited when i see something that’s different from normal, and was totally amazed by the miniature version of the houses. Until……..Paris Hilton built a similar tiny houses like this for her dogs !!! Boooooo…..

Another fairy tale like tower outside the factory….

As you can see, the sky is getting dark, but the hour is actually still quiet early!!!

It’s only 4:30pm!!!! and i’m standing outside one of the most beautiful toy shop that i’ve ever been to!!! But too bad, the shop assistant didn’t allow me to take pictures so….i only took two from the outside….

Is the snoopy cute?? I wanted to carry it back home @ that point of time…..cos i love BIG fluffy soft toys!!!

And one from the inside……..she is Mei chan, a character from TOTORO…..and one of them is sitting in my sis’s house!!! hehehe

And this is a place where the whole building is covered with music boxes!!! You can even custom made your own music box!!! How cool is that ?

After the shopping spree….we went to have our BBQ dinner…which made all my clothes smelling like as if i’ve also bbq-ued them…..
